Cursed Friends Movie [PORTABLE]

As for cameos and special appearances, the aforementioned Joey Fatone plays himself with what seems like great timing, and he does not take himself too seriously. Nicole Richie drops in and plays the character Lizzie Lennox. From the trailer, it appears that she is in a mental institution and has been cursed by the same game. She gives the foursome the suggestion that they need to make a human sacrifice to remove the curse.

Cursed Friends Movie

From Byer's character's wish to have the world's longest fingernails -- and marry *NSYNC's Joey Fatone! -- to having 100 kids with the hometown loser, to leading a cult, there's plenty of madness in store for the four friends, not to mention hilarious cameos from stars like James Austin Johnson, Nikki Glaser, Kathy Griffin, Nicole Richie, Ken Marino, and Rob Riggle.

Four friends wake on Halloween and realize the predict-your-future game they played in 2002 is coming true in disturbing ways. They must band together to help each other escape the wild fates that have turned their lives upside down.

This movie knocked me on my millennial ass with its scathing but comforting "holy shit, you're old now" roasting. The gaggle of very funny folks and a mostly entertaining low-hanging treatment fitting the season even had me bobbing to NSYNC despite my sworn ironclad fealty to the Backstreet Boys. It's basic but according to the Zoomers, so am I.

A ridiculously stupid/silly but still kinda funny made-for-tv comedy movie starring almost every American tv comedian you can think of right now including one cameo at the end that kinda surprised me at how he wasn't in it sooner

This movie gets an extra star for having a scene where Harvey Guillen kicks open a door and starts a sentence off by screaming "I am too hot.." Glad you're finally on the same page with the rest of the internet, King.

The whole movie is completely stupid, feel-good Halloween-themed fun that doesn't take itself even a little bit seriously. Joey Fatone is a weirdly underrated actor, like he makes me cringe but he was also in one of my fave Red Riding Hood adaptations as the wolf, and like yes he came across kinda pedo-y which is really not a word you ever want associated with oneself but I'm on a tangent now, what was I saying? Whatever! It's fun a movie!

One of this year's Halloween treats is a Comedy Central Original, dropping early this October, reports Deadline. The new supernatural comedy, titled Cursed Friends, imagines what would happen if that harmless game of M.A.S.H. you played with your friends in school really did predict your future. Leading the ensemble cast are Nicole Byer, Harvey Guillén, Jessica Lowe and Andrew Lewis Caldwell.

In this Comedy Central Original, writers Aaron and Will Eisenberg ask what would happen if a group of friends woke up to find a childhood game they played together changed their lives 20 years later. In their first feature length screenplay, Cursed Friends follows a group of 30-something year-old friends who reunite on Halloween Eve. After a long night of drinking and catching up, they each wake up to find that a game of M.A.S.H. (Mansion, Apartment, Shack, House) that they played back in 2002 has actually come true. All of the heinous predictions they inflicted on one another in their teens are now coming true in "hilarious and disturbing ways." From having 100 kids with the loser at their high school, to a cult leader, to marrying Joey Fatone from NSYNC, the friends will have to come together once more to escape their fates.

Along with the leading cast, Cursed Friends will also star the actual NSYNC boy band member Fatone, Nicole Richie, Kathy Griffin, James Austin Johnson, Nikki Glaser, Ken Marino and Rob Riggle, as well as an appearance by Will Arnett. The production is director Laura Murphy's (Awkwafina is Nora from Queens) first feature-length debut. The movie is executive produced by Arnett's Electric Avenue with Marc Forman and Evan Thompson, Artists First's Joel Zadak and Peter Principato, Propagate's Ben Silverman, Howard T. Owens, Isabel San Vargas and Drew Buckley, and MTV Entertainment Studios' Ari Pearce and Andrew Lutin.
